KUL International Staff Week

The International Relations Office of the Catholic University of Lublin will host the representatives of the partner universities of the KUL from Europe and also from outside the EU who will participate in the International Staff Week organized at the Catholic University of Lublin from 13 to 17 May 2024.
The program of the event includes job shadowing and exchange of experiences, as well as excursions to familiarize the guests with Polish culture and historical diversity.

Staff teaching mobilities – classes to be conducted upon individual programme

10.00-10.30        Participants registration and welcome package distribution
10.30-11.00        Warm welcome by:

11.00-12.00        KUL guided tour – historical and cultural background, structure and facilities introduction
12.00-13.00        Lunch – University Canteen
13.00-15.00        Presentations of the participants' universities
15.00-16.00        “Bank trip” - Collection of scholarships by participants from outside the EU
19.00–21.00       Official dinner in the Lublin Old Town restaurant – Icebreaking
